1985年生まれ。広島県出身15歳よりエレキギターを、16歳よりクラシックギターを始める。

クラシックギターをはじめ　エレキギター、また”新しいギタリスティック”をテーマとした作品を生み出す作曲家など、様々なフィールドでの活動を行う《変弦自在》のギタリスト。

作曲家との共同作業などによる新作初演や委嘱作品も多数。

第34回日本ギターコンクール最高位、第1回イーストエンド国際ギターコンクール第2位、第2回ポルトガル国際ギター作曲コンクール入選及び特別賞。第4回バルセロナ国際ギター作曲コンクール"ミゲル・リョベート"3位入選。第8回フィレンツェ国際ギター作曲コンクール優勝など、演奏と作曲の両方で数々のコンクールへ入賞。

代表曲は Sogno Esotico（2022）(Ava Musical Editionより出版） ギターのための神楽歌（2023）　Hiroshima Sonata（2025） など。

2019年3月にニューヨークで開催された「日米新しい音楽の展望シリーズ」に招聘され、日本とアメリカの日米作曲家の新作でリサイタルを行う。
2011年より三浦一馬タンゴ5重奏、同氏主宰タンゴ・オーケストラ東京グランドソロイスツにエレキギタリストとして参加。

様々なコンサートや録音、ツアーに参加。

CD　”ORGANIC”MOTIONS”～久留智之ギター作品集「風に聴く～田中聰ギター作品集」をリリース。
近年はコンポーザーギタリストとして活動の幅を広げて、様々なギタリストに作品を委嘱され演奏されている。

エリザベト音楽大学卒業。株式会社Moon所属アーティスト。

ギターを長野文憲、徳武正和、佐藤紀雄の各氏に師事。作曲は独学。
趣味はロードバイク。​

2025年6月より、長く活動した東京・埼玉より長野へ移住する。

Jumpei Ohtsubo


Born in 1985, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan.
He started playing the electric guitar at the age of 15 and classical guitar at 16. Graduated from the Elisabeth University of Music. Studied with Norio Sato. Solo category, Received first prize of the 34th Japan Guitar Competition and won numerous prizes including the 45th Classical Guitar Competition, 1st East End International Guitar Competition, 2nd Pan Pacific Contemporary Music Competition. Ensemble category, 26th Japan Guitar Ensemble Competition.
